I have a growing collection of Hoo-rags. However, this was the first Solartek Hoo-rag that I have bought and let me tell you, this Solartek Hoo-rag is by far way better than the original. The material is a little thicker and the length is a little longer than the original. The hemmed edges make this Solartek Hoo-rag a lot sturdier as the original will eventually fray at the edges. Even the colors on the Solartek seems to be more brighter and vivid. The material is thicker but still very breathable. Too me, this thicker material feels extra silky and softer than the original when I wear it. This is definitely a new and improved product in my opinion.
